刺身は、ぶり、あら、甘エビ、新鮮で旨い。
天麩羅、えび、キス、ししとう、塩でいただき、食感、味が、良好。
湯葉の吸い物、茶碗蒸し、百年料亭ならではの味。
う〜ん、心が満たされた。
