直江津東部の工業団地にある中華料理店です。仕事の昼食に、この付近ならこちらのお店との話を聞きまして、訪問しました。
中華料理全般ありますが、オススメは自家製麺を使用した料理ということで、その中の塩ワンタン麺をいただきました。
その自家製麺はツルツルの中太ストレート麺で、玉子麺のような風味ともちっとした食感があります。スープは鶏ガラを使用していながらも、塩の旨さが前面に出てきます。ツルツルの麺と絡むと喉越しが良く、途中でお冷を飲まなくても完食できるほど、さっぱりとしていました。ワンタンは海老入りの餡が少し入っていますが、ほぼ生地でした。
