食後の幸福感が高いお店
「あっさり」には岩ノリ、ホウレンソウが、
「こってり」には大量のもやしがつくようです。
中細のストレート麺。
やや魚介の匂うスープは少しの背脂。だしが渾然一体として完成度が高く、何のダシかわかりませんでした。わりとさらっとしてました。鶏ガラととんこつでしょうか。
チャーシューはホロリ崩れる柔らかさ。メンマは正方形で醤油味が強め。スープによく合う。
辛味を混ぜるとまた味が引き締まる。
旨辛味噌ラーメンはこってりしたスープ。とんこつでしょうか？味噌の風味が強くてわかりません。背脂に魚介系の風味。太いちぢれ麺。

あっさりでもそこそこ脂が浮いてます。
麺は加水率低めの中細麺。
チャーシューは柔らかくて香ばしい。
メンマは発酵臭がする好みのタイプです。
