I went there to see the cherry blossoms at Takada Castle. When I arrived at 18:40, there were already 20 people waiting. I thought the lights might be gone by then, so I waited a little while to see what was going on. I ordered the rich and light version. The rich version was made with pork, and the light version was made with seafood. I waited 40 minutes and was able to eat it. The rich version was not too rich and was delicious. I would have preferred something richer. I might have bought the back fat option if there was a stronger option available at extra cost. The staff bowl was also delicious. The mayonnaise seemed addictive. I was interested in the sake lees Ramen, but I have to try the default first. Gyoza / Dumpling looked delicious too. There are a lot of things I'm curious about, so I probably won't be returning for a while, but I'll record that it was delicious!
