I'm a driver, so I don't drink alcohol. ・The appetizer is burdock salad. ・Grilled squid sashimi. They grill it over a burner right in front of you. Onions are placed underneath and it's covered in a sauce like ponzu. ・Fried mozzarella cheese with melted cheese. Thick cheese. ・Glove-grilled whole thigh on the bone. Chicken that looks like a glove. Sweet and spicy sauce, garlic is effective. ・Thick-cut grilled beef tongue. Hard. ・Chicken Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). Fairly tasty. Lightly charred is good. ・Chicken skin with grated daikon vinegar. Slightly spicy. ・Lightly pickled cucumber and radish. Just delicious. ・Crunchy pasta. Sprinkled with a seasoning that tastes like corn potage. When I ate at Miraizaka in front of Niigata Station, I had no complaints about the food, but somehow the taste was not satisfying overall.
