以前来たのは多分６年前くらい。
ちょうど食べログ休眠期で何を食べたかすら覚えていない.…。
ほぼ初入店の気持ちで店に入った。
店内は右側にカウンター席が４～５席ほど、左側にテーブルが２卓あります。
テーブル席は以前小上がりでしたが、一年位前に変わったようです。
そして二階は宴会向けの部屋。
店内はホッとするアットホームな居酒屋の趣。

オーダーはテーブルにあるメニュー表からと、カウンターに張り出されている旬のメニューから気の向くままに。
定番メニューに並ぶ料理はちょっと変化あるけど直球勝負な感じ。
そしてカウンターの張り紙メニューに目をやれば吞兵衛の心をくすぐる顔ぶれ。
ふきのとうの天ぷらとか野沢菜のかす汁なんて今の時期最高だよね。
牛すじ（カレー味）は看板メニューの一つで、一人で食べるもいいが、３、４人でシェアしても良さそう。
カレー味の残り汁にライスを落とせば、それは立派なスープカレーに♡
そして〆のかす汁は上越市民のアイデンティティ。
その美味しさが心も身体も温かくし、満足の吐息が漏れる締めくくりとなった。
