Tsuchihashi, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture. I had to eat alone in Joetsu City at night, so I searched for a restaurant and visited this restaurant because it was close to where I was going. Ordering is done through a touch panel. I only took some photos of the menu. I ordered pork cutlet sashimi (429 yen), loin (539 yen), beef belly (649 yen?), and bibimbap half (385 yen). I had oolong tea because I was driving. The pork cutlet sashimi came with cucumber and lemon. I squeezed a lot of lemon on it. It had a crunchy texture and was delicious. Lately, I've been craving lean meat like loin rather than fatty ribs. Both the loin and the belly were delicious. The bibimbap half was a small portion because it was only a half, but it was enough for me. I'm happy that it comes with soup. The quality of the meat is not bad considering the price. Ah, I'm full. Even if I went to an all-you-can-eat restaurant, I wouldn't get my money's worth (;-ω-) For me, it's best to eat the yakiniku I like individually. Thank you for the meal.
