越後尊美@上越妙高
火曜の晩飯。久しぶりの上越妙高。泊まるのは10何年ぶりか。火曜定休の店が多いが狙いのこちらはやっていてよかった。まずはマスターズドリームで乾杯。お通しはしらすと茄子の煮浸し。茶豆、刺身、どろえびからあげ、牛すじ塩煮込。ビールの後の日本酒は新潟の酒二種。さくっと呑んで次のらーめんへ。
