国府の信号脇にあるお店。
向かいには中華そば立川があり、ガチンコ勝負ですね。
オーダーはつけ麺。
大盛+30円、特盛+50円で麺が増量できます。
オーダーしたつけ麺大盛は320gと十分なボリューム。
白っぽい中太のストレート麺。
つけ汁は醤油ベースで、ほどよく酸味と辛味が効いたあっさり系。
ふわっと香る刻んだ柚子がイイ感じです。
存在感ある極太のメンマ、ホロホロのチャーシュー、しっかり味の染みた味玉。
トッピングが優秀です。
見た目はボリューム感がありましたが、つけ汁があっさりしているということもあって難なく完食。
これなら特盛でも意外にイケちゃうかもしれません。
