It is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) store run by the owner who is currently in the groove with multiple restaurant management such as [A: 15016181, Kanbee], [A: 15020012, Birds] in Naoetsu. Except for the 6 seats at the counter, it seems to be a private room. I ordered a variety of meat and had all-you-can-drink drinks for 2 hours. The all-you-can-drink fee is 1,980 yen from Monday to Thursday, and 2,480 yen from Friday to Sunday and the day before holidays. The all-you-can-drink drink menu is quite substantial. However, I only drank red wine that day (laughs). Apart from all-you-can-drink, there are more than 50 types of red, white, and champagne that go well with meat, which is great for wine lovers. The quality of wine is the same as [a: 15020012, birds]. The net on which the meat is grilled feels lumpy. Today, I'm ordering meat without paying attention to vegetables! You can also order a half-size here, so it's good when you want to eat a little bit of various things. And today's main dish is a special selection of zabuton (2,200 yen). Zabuton is the meat on the rib side of the shoulder loin, and is named because its shape resembles a cushion. Meat 4 pieces. It has a beautiful sash. Depending on the restaurant, Zabuton may be called "special loin" or "special short ribs". You don't have to add too much extra heat to this. Let's enjoy the taste of fat.
