黒井の信越化学の工場近くにある「食堂ミサ はまや店」にお邪魔しました。こちらの店舗にははじめてお邪魔します。そして私にとってみるとおそらく5年ぶり？くらい、お久しぶりのミサの味噌ラーメンです。
券売機でチケット購入。「味噌ラーメンおにぎり」というセットと「すりにんにく」を頼みました。
味噌ラーメン並でもさすがはミサです。野菜のボリュームが半端じゃありません。たまねぎ、もやしがこれでもかと言わんばかりのボリュームなんですよね。そして、すりにんにくと一味も投入してニンニク倍増させ、スタミナが付きそうです。
スープに関しては白味噌ベースで野菜の旨味も染み込み、ニンニクがしっかりと効いたパンチのある味わいです。やはりミサのラーメンって中毒性があり、癖になります。
そしてこちらのお店は、かつて「はまや食堂」という定食屋が存在していたそうで、その当時の看板も付いていました。
雪が深々と降る冬の上越。やはりこれを一杯食べておかなきゃなりません。上越というか、元は中郷ですが、食堂ミサやニューミサにも子供の頃からよく食べに連れて行ってもらった記憶を思い出しつつ、郷土の味を楽しませていただきました。
