2017年4月
出張のおり、糸魚川駅で北陸新幹線に乗車することになった。ややお昼ご飯時には早いが、ここで食事をとっていくこととする。大火があって間もない糸魚川市には早く復興することを願うばかりだ。
さて、訪問したのは駅の日本海側を出てすぐ左方向にある『居酒屋 源兵衛』である。ランチ営業もされているようであり入店した。
発注は、日替わり定食。イメージと違って年配のご夫婦と思わしきお二方でお店をしていらっしゃる。
10分ほどで出品された定食は、チキン(むね肉)カツ野菜サラダ添え、八宝菜、小鉢(煮物)オレンジ、ご飯、味噌汁、漬け物と多彩でうれしい。
どれも『おふくろの味』的で美味しい。品数が多く、満足感がある。
接客される奥さまが丁寧で、『ご飯もお代わりできますよ』優しく声かけされる。
税込み800円の定食。接客も含めC.Pは良かった。
