糸魚川駅より徒歩５分以内と公共交通機関利用者には交通至便の場所。ただ、パーキングは3台とのことなので、車社会には、やや不便もあり。
平日の昼時、11時半に入店。前客３組４名。
一人客は、カウンター。残りのカウンターに案内されました。
メニューを一応見ましたが、決めていたので、冷たいお茶をもってきていただいた際、
定番 ランチＢ
油淋鶏 & 麻婆豆腐 & 杏仁豆腐 をお願いしました。
10分ほどの待ちで、熱々の品が着皿。
麻婆豆腐は、熱々の土鍋に入っており、ジュージューと音がなっており、大変香ばしい香りが飛んできます。
唐辛子と山椒の組み合わせが絡み合って大変美味しくいただけます。私には、山椒のパンチが足りなくて、追い山椒をふりかけていただきました。
油淋鶏も、さすが人気商品。こちらも、熱々。スパイシーな香りが口内に広がります。一気にかぶりつくと、口内火傷にはご注意ください。
スープも熱々で、注意しないといけません。
デザートは、中華鉄板の杏仁豆腐。
甘すぎず、柔らかすぎず、口直しには最高です。

糸魚川は、港町。現地で獲れた魚料理、お寿司が良いのか、変化球のこちらがよいかは、その日の気分で考えていきましょう。
