This store is located in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. It's near the Shiozawa-Ishiuchi interchange. There is a complex of souvenir shops called Uonuma no Sato. There was a shop selling Sweets such as Baumkuchen, and this Restaurants was operating at the end of the shop. I tried using it on Sunday night. The menu includes pizza, spaghetti, and doria. I'm ordering pizza. There was a wood-fired oven in the kitchen, and it said that the dough was kneaded with Koshihikari rice flour from Uonuma, so I was curious and ordered it. Margherita and Genovese pizza L size 1250 yen There were about 10 types of pizza, but I chose this half & half pizza. I wish the Margherita had a little more basil and more cheese, but it was a bit lacking. The fresh acidity of the tomatoes was delicious though. On the other hand, Genovese was delicious. It has a refreshing taste without being too strong. As for the pizza dough, it was said on the menu that it was made with rice flour and was chewy, but to be honest, I didn't really understand it. It certainly didn't have a crispy texture, but I thought it might have been more interesting if it were more chewy. The store looked like this. Thank you for the meal.
