The food is delicious! Cheap! And filling! Udon-suki is especially recommended.
The restaurant is made of cypress wood that has been polished over the years, and exudes a dignified elegance and atmosphere. Each and every dish is made with care and will never disappoint the palate |
いつも混んでいて予約必須のようなので、事前に予約の電話をしましたが、平日だったので、営業するのやめるかも…と言われ、ツレが何度も電話をしてしつこくお願いして、無事なんとかあけてもらいましたw
カニ味噌豆腐も予約時にお願いして、ないかも？と言われながら、なんとか人数分確保してくれてました。
オーダーはもちろん名物のうどんすき。
かなりボリュームがあるとのクチコミだったので、5人で3人前にして、後はこちらも人気の舞茸天ぷらを注文。
追加の注文は時間がすごくかかるかもとの事で、足りなければご飯を追加して雑炊にするのがオススメですと。
雑炊も食べたいし、それがいいですね。
まずはカニ味噌登場。
カニ味噌の風味そのまんま。
こちらは残しておいて、最後雑炊にまぜてもおいしかったです。

舞茸の天ぷらも評判通り、サクッと揚がっていて、ボリューム満点。
…塩で食べたら、少し油が古そうな感じがしましたがw
そして、うどんすき登場〜。
具沢山でボリューム満点。
そろそろ煮えてきたかなーって頃にお店の方が寄ってきて『ほら、貸して』と取り皿にスープをよそい、ほら代表してあなた味見しなさいと1人が指名されw
『まずは何もいれずに、これが大阪の味』
飲み終わると、次にまたスープをよそい、かんずりを溶きいれて
『ほらまた味見して！これが新潟の味』
と、皆がキョトンとしてるうちに、去っていきましたw
同じように皆スープだけでまずは味見。
甘めの出汁がめちゃくちゃおいしい!!!!
かんずりを入れてしまうと、出汁の味がぜんぜんわからなくなってしまうので、もったいなくて、私は断然かんずりナシが好きでした。
とにかく出汁がおいしい！
これはついつい飲みすぎちゃう。
けど、出汁の追加は有料なので、飲みすぎ注意w
最初はお鍋として
途中でうどんを追加して
最後の〆に雑炊。
おいしい出汁をすった雑炊は、もう美味しすぎて、満腹なのについつい食べすぎちゃう。
雑炊はごはんが山盛りでくるので、5人で1人前でも余る程でした。(少食女性4人、男性1人)
甘めの味付けが好きなので、かなり好みでした。
これは、スキー帰りにちょくちょく寄りたいです。
