The food is delicious! Cheap! And filling! Udon-suki is especially recommended.

木曜の晩、同僚と出張で越後湯沢へ。
新幹線のホームからお店に電話。
2人入れるか確認すると
20時30分までで良ければOK！との事。
名前を告げお店に向かう。
入口に喫煙所、引戸を開け入店。
店内は小上がりにテーブルの座敷にカップル。
カウンターに待合せしている1人客のみ。
先ずは
・生ビール 500円
で乾杯！
それ以外のオーダーは、
・岩魚セット 1,400円
・まいたけ天 750円
・うどんすき鍋 1,800円x 2(2人前から)
をお願いしました。
岩魚セットは、”刺身、唐揚げ、皮の酢の物、骨酒”です。
一番のヒットは、刺身！
岩魚の刺身ってこんなに甘くて美味しいなんて知らなかった！
唐揚げ、酢の物も普通に美味しいです。
骨酒はしっかり酒に味が出ていますね。
まいたけ天は、ボリューム満点！
相当な量ですが、とても美味しくペロッと完食(笑)
そしてメインの”うどんすき鍋”！
蟹、お魚、野菜がたっぷりの出汁の効いた鍋。
野菜がしんなりしたら、うどんを投入し煮込みます。
量はかなりありますが、美味しいので意外とイケちゃいます！
鍋を食べ終える頃には、
20時半過ぎてしまったのでできませんでしたが、
ライス・卵セットを追加して、雑炊も有りだと思いました。
緑川、高千代、八海山などの日本酒で美味しくいただきました！
とても美味しく、コスパの良いお店。
5人くらいで来れるともっと色々な料理が食べられそうですね。
ご馳走様でした！
ちなみに、シーズン中は大変混むようで、予約が良さそう。
1か月前から予約を受け付けているとの事でした。
