湯沢には東京から毎月１回通っていました。
手頃な値段で旨い焼き肉を、と探し当てたのがこちらの「さかえや」さん。
湯沢には焼き肉店が少なく、希少価値のあるお店です。
駅前から徒歩２分ほどで近いのがいいですね。
大きな焼き肉レストランではなく、小陣まりとしたアットホーム感あります。
焼き肉大好き人間で、仕事で疲労感があるとこちらに行きます。
今まで３～４回訪問しています、
客層は若い人達で、どちらかと言うと、旅人が多いようです。
肝心の料理と言うと、タレがお肉に良く絡んでいて味付けは少し濃め。
付けタレも実に旨い！
少し脂身の方を好むのでカルビとご飯が定番です。
最後の訪問は雪降る２月でしたので、久し振りに行きたい気持ちになります。
おばちゃんも元気で頑張っておられる事でしょう。
