福寿庵で食事後に来店
移動中に小腹が空いた時の事を考えて
新潟名物の【笹団子】と【温泉饅頭】を購入
どちらも常温で2時間程おいて
召し上がり下さいとの事‼️
一緒に行った友人は
【湯澤るうろ（ロールケーキ）一切れ】を購入
即、かぶりつき
あまりの美味さに
さらに持ち帰り用に
1ロール購入∑(ﾟДﾟ)
戻る途中の社内にて
二時間後、コンビニでコーヒーを購入し
いざ、実食ψ(｀∇´)ψ
【温泉饅頭】
皮はちょっと厚めで
かなりのモチモチ感
あんこはしっとりこしあんで
サラッといけるが
ちょっと甘めの作り
多少、口の中に甘さが残る感じ
トータル的にはバランス○
【笹団子】
言わずと知れた
新潟の御土産の名物
包まった笹を広げると
緑の楕円のフォルムが登場
笹の香りが爽やかで美味しそう
一口で食べ切れるが
あえて半分で食べる（笑）
団子は笹の風味が強く
食感はモチモチ感強め
餡子はつぶあんで
甘さはちょっと控えめで
こちらの方が好みかなぁ〜(*^ω^*)
どちらもブラックのアイスコーヒーに
良く合いますね〜♪
地方の名物は
やっぱり美味しいアップですねっ⤴️
