金曜の朝9時過ぎ、
越後湯沢駅前の温泉珈琲という
看板を見つけこちらのお店に入店。
入ると東南アジア系の女性が
席に案内してくれます。
この時間だからか店内客は無し。
・水出し温泉珈琲 600円(税別)
をオーダーすると2分ほどで提供。
8時間掛けて抽出していると店内に書いてある。
しっかり濃い目の美味しいアイスコーヒー。
眠気も吹っ飛び、今日も1日頑張れそうです！
