店舗前に無料の足湯あり |
職場旅行ついでに食べ歩き。越後湯沢駅至近、HATAGO井仙の1Fにあるカフェ。「温泉喫茶」として温泉水や地元の美味しいお米・米麹を使用したスイーツやコーヒーなどで観光客を魅了するお店。
とある土曜日13時頃お邪魔。
和モダンの洗練された印象の店内。カウンター6席、2人掛け4卓、4人掛け1卓、8人掛け2卓のキャパ30席余りのところ、先客8人。場所柄外国籍の方もちらほら。
魚沼産コシヒカリの米粉で焼き上げたロールケーキがお店の推しのようだが、クチコミを参照し酒粕で作った「さかすけレアチーズ」をコーヒーとセット発注。
880円也。
5分ほどでサーブ。
しっとりとしてなめらかで口溶けの良いレアチーズ。ほんのりと感じるお酒の甘い香りと程よい酸味で後味はさっぱり。歯不要( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑
お上品なサイズ感で、酸味の強いコーヒーとも相性良くランチをたらふくいただいた後にぴったりのデザート。
店内はケーキやお菓子類のテイクアウトの他、米や蕎麦など地域産品の物販も充実しており、新幹線の待ち時間にゆっくりする場所としてもおすすめ。
