家族がチャーシューを絶賛するので試しに辛味噌チャーシュー麺を頼んでみました。
たしかにチャーシューはとろける感じの美味しいチャーシューでしたが、辛味噌ラーメンの味付け、麺に関しては至って普通。
麺はスーパーの生麺と大して変わらない味だったので次回食べるならつまみチャーシューだけかな。
これが魚沼産コシヒカリの米粉使ったもっちり麺だったらリピするのにな〜って感じ
ハズレでは無いが、あえて選ぶほどでは無い感じです。
大盛りにしないで良かった。
