苗場プリンスホテルの和食のレストランで朝ごはんです。
ごはんは目の前で炊く釜炊きか、お茶碗にごはんを盛って持ってきてもらうかを選べます。
目の前で炊くのはイベント性があって、愉しいのですが、一人用のお釜なので小さいし、固形燃料なので火力にも問題があるようで、そんなにおいしくは炊けません。
おいしいごはんを食べたいなら、よそって持ってきてもらったほうが良さそうです。
おかずは全体的においしかったです。
でも、２５００円なので、おいしくなかったら困ります。
正直な感想だと割高に感じます。
