湯沢高原スキー場のゲレンデの中にあるレストランです。
今年はふくらはぎを痛めていたので、
滑走組には入れず…
ロープウェイで山頂まで上がり、
自力で『エーデルワイス』さんまで歩いて行きました。
途中で、
雪山の坂道をこんなに登れるなら、
わたし滑れたんじゃないの〜
とか思いながら…(^◇^;)
天井が高くて、
ガラス張りの眺めの良いレストランなので、
夏もおすすめです。
越後もち豚を使ったメニューから、
『越後もち豚ロースカツ定食』をいただきました。
ボリュームすごい〜
ライスも美味しいです。
