天ざる蕎麦（布海苔） 1400円
越後ワイン（赤） 1100円
料理・ドリンクの評価：
蕎麦：布海苔が混ぜられた緑がかった蕎麦で比較的細く角は立っている。一口食べてみると、蕎麦の香りは限りなく感じられず、弾力はあるが、どちらかと言うと、うどんに近い食感であった。
蕎麦つゆは程良い辛みであるが、出汁に深みは感じられなかった。
天ぷら：海老、しし唐、大葉、カボチャ、舞茸の天ぷら。衣は米粉を使っているのか硬いが、サックリと軽い。海老は小ぶりであったが、火入れの具合が良く、美味しかった。
赤ワイン：越後ワインは初めて飲んだが、甲州ワインなどと比較するとフレッシュさは少なく、普通のワインの味わいに近かった。
