湯沢高原ロープウェイで
約７分の空中散歩を経て山頂の方へ
標高約1,000ｍで少し涼しいですね。
パノラマパーク内にはお花や高山植物、
アクティビティなどが楽しめるようになっています。
山頂駅からシャトルバスがでている
レストランエーデルワイスにてランチをしました。
✱越後もち豚カツサンド
✱ざる蕎麦
✱生ビール
レストランはとても広くて快適でした。
カツサンドは揚げたてのカツがサクッとして、
キャベツの量もちょうどよく美味しくいただきました。
ペロッと食べれてしまうカツサンドでした。
ざる蕎麦は、海藻が使われているので、
少し緑がかっていて、のどごしがよいお蕎麦。
タレがけっこう濃いめでしょっぱさがありました。
眺めもよく、ビールも飲みましたが、
とても美味しく感じる場所でした。
