ホテルニューオータニグループ「湯沢ニューオータニ」は創業49年の老舗ホテルです。

湯沢駅の西口の商店街を、新潟市方面にお店を覗きながら歩いてすぐです。
お迎えから見送りまで、さすがスタッフの対応は申し分ありませんでした。
夕食は、小鉢が乗ったお膳に、地元銘柄豚の陶板焼きと合鴨鍋がメインとなり、それにお造りが付いたシンプルな内容でした。
朝のバイキングも、実演はフレンチトーストだけで、焼き魚等素材の良さは感じましたが、内容と品数はこちらもいたって普通でした・・・
土曜日でしたが、直前割で平日同額で宿泊しました。
平日料金なので不満はありませんが、まともに土曜日の料金だとしたら、ちょっと残念で
