朝食ビュッフェ、素晴らしかったです。
きちんと手を掛けて作られたお料理がたくさん並んでました。
新潟のご当地料理も多かったです。
海藻つなぎのへぎ蕎麦、栃尾油揚げ、たれかつ丼のたれかつ、のっぺ、車麩、イタリアン＾＾
県外の方も楽しめると思います。
どれもおいしく、温かいものは温かく。
冷たいものは冷たく提供されてました。
特に素晴らしかったのがフレンチトースト！
フロアでシェフが常に焼いてらして、焼きたてをいただけます。
私は甘いものが得意ではないのですが
バニラアイスをのっけたのがおいしくて♪
お替りして2枚いただきました。
食事とは関係ないのですが
夏と冬の観光シーズンのみ
土曜日の夜8時からスキー場ゲレンデで打ち上げ花火が上がるそうなんです。
知らずにいたので花火の音に驚きました。
特に案内はなかったはずだし、
お祭りならホテルの方が教えてくれてもいいはず？？
と思ったのですが、後でホテルの方に聞くと
「サプライスの花火」なのだとか。
わかってたら外に出て観たかったなぁ。
露天風呂から目隠しの簾越しに観えました。
花火の間隔は長いですが、打ち上げ場所から近いこともあり
見応えのある花火でした。
