南魚沼の道の駅にある食事処
週末に行ったので、すごく混んでいました。
店内にもテーブルや椅子はありましたが満席
店外のテラス風席でたべた、きのこそばです。
券売機で食券を購入して、カウンターに出し
番号札を渡されて、呼ばれたら取りに行くセルフ式
この日は30ふんほど提供にかかりました。
きのこそばは、この時期だけの数量限定とか。
たっぷりのきのこは複数の種類が入っていて
風味も食感も良く美味しかったです。スープはスッキリ
蕎麦は、少し柔らかねでしたが万人受けする美味しさだと思います。
