立ち寄った道の駅に、もの凄く美味しそうな南魚沼産のお米で作ったおにぎり見つけたので、前日のおにぎりの失敗の挽回の意味も込め、再挑戦。
1個350円という、観光客しか狙ってませんが、なにか？ とか言わんばかりの値段設定には清々しさを感じます。
外のベンチに腰掛け、広々とした景色を眺めながら頂く鮭のおにぎりは各別でした。。。 まだ暖かく、海苔の風味も良く、口の中でホロリと崩れるおにぎりでした。 ただ、お米は柔らかく、自分の好みの硬めに炊いたお米ではなかったので、ちょっと残念。
おにぎりだけを見るとコスパは酷いもんですが、景色を含めてトータルで考えると素晴らしいオヤツでした。
