ドライブ旅行最終日の昼食は「道の駅みつまた」にて各種ドンブリ頂きます。
湯沢の宿を出発し栃木県に向かう帰路途中で朝食と昼食を兼ねて頂く事で訪問。
レストランの営業時間には少々早めなので売店等を散策し時間調整して入店です。
食券売機にてお店オススメの米豚チャーシュー丼とモツ煮丼を購入し待ちます。
テーブル席に着座して20分程で番号を呼ばれテーブルに配膳して頂きます。
早速シェアして頂きます。
・米豚チャーシュー丼1,050円(税込)
越後米豚越王のチャーシューを使用したドンブリ、けんちん汁、小鉢2品の内容。
6枚のチャーシューは厚みが有り軟らかい口当たりで肉の臭みが無くて美味しい！
備え付けのタレを掛けるとチャーシューに一段と旨さが増してご飯が進みますね。
熱々で上品な味付けのけんちん汁は冷房で冷えた身体が温まり美味しかったです。
・とろっとろ！モツ煮丼1,100円(税込)
此方はドンブリのご飯を覆うモツ煮、けんちん汁、煮物、漬物の定食内容ですよ。
モツ煮はプルンと軟らかい口当たりでアッサリとした味噌味が良く美味しいです！
ご馳走様でした。
軟らかく厚みが有るチャーシューを使用したドンブリはタレを掛けると旨さ倍増！
モツ煮丼は軟らかい食感が南魚沼産のコシヒカリにマッチして美味しかったです。
山形県、秋田県、新潟県の道の駅での食事は美味しく当たりのドライブ旅行でした。
