五頭温泉郷の近くにある有名な釜飯屋さんだよ。
岩船産コシヒカリを使った釜飯が旨いと評判のお店なんだ。
メニューは釜飯だけで10種類以上あるね。五目、鮭いくら、鰻、山菜、松茸、栗。。。
五目がスタンダードと思われるので、これを注文したよ。お値段は1182円。
なお、釜飯以外にも焼魚や天麩羅などもあったよ。ただし、日曜日だと時間のかかる料理は事前予約が必要みたいだね。
20分程で到着です。
小鉢、味噌汁、香の物付きだよ。
具は鮭、海老、ホタテ、銀杏、山菜、竹の子、木の子です。
種類は多いんだけど、ちょっとずつなんで具沢山な感じはあまりしなかったな。
味の方は具の旨さがしみて間違いない美味しさだね。釜にこびり付いたおこげも芳ばしくて旨かったよ〜。
新潟の旨いコシヒカリを使った釜飯は格別だね。
