津川に行くと、決まっていくお店がある。
初めて食べたときには妻と感激したものだ。
この店、ロースもおいしいが、ヒレカツ定食がめちゃ旨い！
カツは、とっても柔らかくジュシーで肉の旨味も濃い、衣がカラッと揚がっている。普通はカツが４っつくが、いつも食べ過ぎちゃうので「小」を頼む。
ご飯とキャベツが、また旨い。
津川のコシヒカリが魚沼産に引けをとらないのは、雪と山の水系が似ているからだと、あんちゃんが言っていた。
千切りキャベツが、ここまで細く刻めるか、と思うほど細かく、ふんわりしていて、どんどん食べられる。
それと、ここの味噌汁が、なんでか知らないが、好きだ。出汁なのだろうか、味噌なのだろうか。
いつも、お代わりをお願いしてしまう。
そう、ご飯も、キャベツも、お味噌汁も、お代わりできちゃうのだ！
ちょっとだけ残念なことがある。
以前は、お漬物も以前は自家製で、とても美味しかったのだが、今は、スーパーの既製品のようだ。
