Good evening, Kameji here. It was raining quite a bit in Tsubame today. Since it's the weekend, I decided to go back to Aizu. On the way, I had dinner at Katsumaru Tsugawa in Aga-machi, Niigata Prefecture. This shop is literally a Pork Cutlet restaurant, and it's easy to find as it's located along National Route 49. The menu includes set meals, rice bowls, curry, soba, udon, etc. Today I ordered Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) set. Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) is a sauce katsu. It comes with either meat soba or meat udon. I chose the meat soba. The meat in Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) was thinner than I expected, but it was delicious. The sauce was also good. The meat soba had chicken in the soba noodles, and the chicken was delicious. It was delicious.
