I visited for lunch. Anyway, it was a shop with great attention to detail. This is the first time I've been to a shop where the work is so different throughout the course, and it was a fun space just hearing about their commitment. The temperature of the rice and toppings was carefully controlled, and the staff worked efficiently to create a comfortable atmosphere. It would be too long to talk about it all the time, so I won't go into it, but it was delicious.
