The chef selects and purchases seasonal fish from the market every morning. Enjoy Hokkaido's specially selected seasonal ingredients.
Breakfast is a buffet of freshly cooked Koshihikari rice from Uonuma and Japanese-style meal and Western Cuisine from Niigata Prefecture.
