本日は少し足を延ばして大分で有名な店へ行って来ました。メニューはどれも美味しそうですが
『関さば琉球丼定食』と『かんむり地鶏の塩焼き』
を注文!!
普段なら食事が運ばれて来るまでメニューをチラ見するのですが今回の私はいつもと違って店内を( ＾∀＾)キョロキョロ!!
店舗の外見は少し無理矢理なレトロかと感じましたが,店内は良い意味で予想外の雰囲気に不審な程に観察モードに入りました。
一言で表現すると、やり過ぎなくらい自然なレトロ感を再現しています。私も昭和生まれですが、さらに遡り私の父の時代でもある昭和初期の時代に感じ、その演出に故郷に残した両親を想わずにはいられません・・・
『年老いた両親も、きっとこんな時代を生きてきたのだろう』と・・
私もそれなりに歳を重ね 昭和 - 平成 - 令和と時代を超えてきたと思っていましたが、そんな自負も何処かへ消え感無量な気持ちになれた時間でもありました。
…….と妄想に耽る私の前に料理が運ばれ、ようやく我に帰り本題の試食！！！さすが有名店である！うまいだけでなくサバや地鶏の食感も凄く良い!
もっと書きたいたいのだが食レポがどんどん長くなってゆく(T . T)
とにかく私が伝えたいのは食の味を超える店内の演出だったのかも知れない！
しかし残念な事に、これ程店内を語りながら店内の写真を1枚も撮ってなかった事に後ほど気づく ٩( 'ω' )و
とりあえず一言でまとめると 食と昭和を融合した完成したエンターテイメントである気がしてならない。
