初日はホテル泊のため、大分市内の臼杵ふぐ有名店に行きました。
アプローチは風格があるのですが、中の個室は、エアコンの送風口にガムテープが貼ってあったり、接客が田舎くさかったりと、微妙な雰囲気です。
さて、ふぐ刺、たっぷり美味しく頂きました。肝を溶かして食べるという食べ方は初めてです。
オプションで追加した竜田揚げと白子焼きは、高かったのにかなりイマイチ。特に白子焼きは、かなり残念。
お鍋。刺身でかなり身を使ってるので、あまり身は残ってません。
雑炊は出汁が効いて美味しいです。
まとめ、まあ美味しいのだけれど、もう少し期待してた。オプションはかなり残念。そんな感じです。
