おおいた和牛炙りにぎりは、
炙り感よりも、和牛のレアな食感と
お肉の新鮮な風味と脂身がよく感じられ、
とってもおいしくいただけました。
大分名物のりゅうきゅうは、
いろいろなお店でいただきましたが、
こちらは振りかけられているのが
胡麻ではなくて、きなこのような粉末。
また新しい『りゅうきゅう』の食べ方を
知ることができて有意義でした。
食感がよくて、これも素材の良さを感じさせます。
店内には生簀があって、お魚が泳いでいて、
風船を模した赤色のガラスが下がっていたりと
若松通り店と同じく、他の居酒屋とは
異なる独特な空間がいいですね。
