When my wife and I returned to my parents' home in Kyushu at the end of the year, I visited him for the first time in 20 years. It was a treat for my parents. Fugu in Oita City? Are you going all the way from Kitakyushu? Is it near the home of Shimonoseki? I think a lot of people say that, but it's really delicious and the cost performance is great. First of all, I had the liver seasoned with the skin and some cold sake to get my stomach used to it, then Tessa served it neatly in a bowl with probably homemade ponzu sauce and I had the liver seasoned. The texture of the first bite I ate for the first time in a while was light, but the combination of green onions, skin, and grated autumn leaves was amazing! My father and wife drank Hirezake, and I drank too much hot sake and the unique fragrant aroma of Hirezake the last time I visited, and I made a pathetic mistake by playing all the Fugu I ate, so I decided not to go for fried chicken next. This is also a chicken-like elasticity that can only be found in fried blowfish, which cannot be tasted with sashimi, and the gelatinous skin part had the force of sucking down the bones. When my stomach started to swell, I had a lot of fugu chili, and the ponzu sauce was the best! At the end of the meal, I enjoyed the rice porridge made from the light-tasting fugu and the soup stock, and thank you for the luxurious and blissful moment.
