大分市府内町にある串揚げのお店。
以前からその存在は知っており今回が初訪問。
開店すぐに訪れるもすでにお客さんがいっぱい。
カウンター席のみのお店は盛況。
ランチはコース2種類のみを提供。
串7本コースは1250円。串10本コースは1500円。
今回は堪能したかったので10本コースでお願い。
串の他にも、サラダ・漬物・赤だし・フルーツが付いてくる。
串は、海老・とんかつ・ホタテ・つくね・うずら・アスパラ・きすなど。
揚げたて熱々。火傷注意。
どれも具材が確かな存在感。タレで食べても塩で食べても美味しい。
衣はさっくり。油っぽさは感じない。
名物のアスパラは10本コースのみに付いてくる。
長いアスパラは豚肉で巻かれていて食べごたえ十分。
串のボリュームがありすぎてお腹いっぱい。
