大分に連泊することになりまして。
前日の夜は美味しい和食をいただきましたので、この日は趣を変えてお肉かなぁということで、こちらのお店に初めてお伺いしました。
当日、個室風の掘りごたつ席に案内していただきました。
が、しかし、お隣の個室との間仕切りは上下が広く開いていてプライベート感は皆無…しかもこの日はお隣さんが賑やかでしたので、会話にも支障があるレベル(･･;)
この時点で残念ながら、あまり長居はできないかなぁと感じていました。
さて、飲み物はジンジャーハイボール（税込550円）と、一番搾り（中瓶。600円）からスタート。
オーダーは単品で済ませることに。
初めにいただいたお料理は、銀山亭のオリジナルサラダ（800円）に、キムチ盛り合わせ（900円）。
キムチは旨味がしっかりしていて美味しかったです。
和牛上タン塩（税抜2,480円）。
このタンは柔らかくてジューシーでした。とても美味しいですが、コスパとしてはやや物足りないかも。
黒タン塩（1,080円）。上タンよりは硬いかなぁ…やはり。
和牛ユッケ（1,800円）。これも旨いですが、もう少しボリュームがあると嬉しいなぁ。
赤身カルビ追加。ハイボールも追加。
この日いただいたのは以上のお料理でした。
さて、こちらは芸能界などから著名な方も数多く訪れている人気店のようですね。
価格帯が高いメニューには上質なお肉が揃っている印象なので、店内がもう少し落ち着いた雰囲気だとなおいいのかもしれません。
