I had dinner alone because I was late getting home due to the snow. The next day was a day off, so I went out to eat for the first time in a while. The place I went to was ``Soubu Koi'' in Hanaya, Oita City. It's Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) restaurant. I took a seat at the counter and glanced at the menu. In addition to Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), there also seemed to be Gyoza / Dumpling, but this is probably Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)! There were also types of Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) that came with toppings. This time I ordered fried egg topping (¥1,100). The kitchen is right in front of you and you can see the cooking process. The plate on which Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was placed was also heated using a griddle. Completed in about 5 minutes. It's making a nice sizzling sound. Let's have it. The crispy noodles and vegetables are mixed with the fried egg yolk and it's delicious! Regular Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is delicious, but for me, Hita Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is the best. What I was concerned about was the amount. I thought the price was a little high for Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), but I think this varies from person to person.
