こちらは府内の老舗レストラン跡にできた焼き鳥屋さん。
お店に入って感激、あの老舗レストランと同じ間取りです！それだけで懐かしい気持ちがいっぱい〜笑
昔はテーブル席だったところが間仕切りのある個室になっていて、あとはカウンター席。
できたばかりの店舗はとても新しく、照明も落とし気味でなんともいい雰囲気♪
これはデートなどでも、とても落ち着いて焼き鳥をいただけそうです。
この日はちょっと軽く焼き鳥だけつまんで帰ろうかと思いお店に入ったのですが、しっかりキムチ冷や奴のお通しがでてきたので、覚悟を決めて食べることにしました笑
焼き鳥をあれこれ注文しましたが、塩つくねに自信をもたれているようでしたのでそれも注文。
たしかに、中がふわっとしていて外がカリッとしています！
これはおいしい！味もシンプルに塩味なのですが、塩がよいんですかね？？
塩つくねがおすすめです。
あと、驚いたのは普通のかしわ（いわゆるふつーの焼き鳥）はこちらのお店には置いていない、とのこと。
ネギマはあるのに、変わっていますね。
普通の焼き鳥でうだうだ飲み食いするよりも、ちょっと変わり種の焼き鳥を味わうのがこちらのお店の流儀なようです♪
