ただ、超個人的趣味を言えば私の求める焼鳥店は、次のどちらかなのである、、、
一つは本当に美味い、只々美味い本物の焼鳥を食べさせてくれるお店、値段は問わない、、、
もう一つは、カウンター越しに大将が焼く。昔ながらの毎日でも通えるお店、、、隣りのお客さんともいつのまにか仲良くなっているような、、、
しかし今の時代には、こちらのようなお店がとても使い勝手が良いのであろう、、、
刻と共に、深みや味を加えてもっともっと魅力的なお店になって欲しい、、、
