『高橋商店』『HANE』『花鳥風月』に続いて、またまた同グループの紹介を。
同じ府内町にある『HANE』さんが、
ちょっと高級でモダンな感じだとすると、
『KOHANE』さんは「こ」が付くだけあって、ちょおと敷居を低く、
一人や二人でも、焼き鳥や単品を楽しんで美味しいお酒の飲める店。
一階のカウンターに座れば、料理が出来る様を見ながら、
お店の方と会話を楽しむことも出来ますし、
ひっそり、しっぽり飲みたいときは二階の個室も利用可能です。

さて、写真のこの日は、ちょっと東京からの業界の人を連れて行ったので、
二階の個室を使わせてもらいました。
階段を上がる前にカウンターを見ると、女性のお客さんが多かったのも印象的。
女子同士とか女子会にもピッたしな雰囲気なんでしょうね。
【鶏天】・・・東京からのお客さんの大好物！
表面はわりとカリッとした仕上げ。中身は当然ジューシー。
この日はカボスを最初に絞り、辛子とポン酢でいたきました。
今回は3皿の注文ですが、みんなでペロリ（笑）
【鶏のタタキ】・・・大分産「冠地鶏」のタタキは、HANE同様「塊」でやってきました。
一枚一枚はがし、好みに応じて「生姜」「ニンニク」「ワサビ」と「タマネギ」で堪能します。
大分県民にとっては当たり前になりつつある食べ方も、
関東の人からすれば、生肉をこんな風に食べることに驚きがあるそうです。
これも3皿いただきました。
☆ということで、県外の方にはこの二品は是非味わってもらいたいものです。
【明太豆腐】・・・明太子ソースのかかった豆腐はグループの名物。
自分はいつも頼んじゃいます。
【海鮮シーザーサラダ】・・・サーモンなどの魚介の乗ったシーザーサラダ。
ドレッシングは小鉢に乗ってくるので自分でかけ、温泉卵を混ぜて頂きます。
【串焼き】・・・同グループの主力。
何でも美味しいけど、特にお勧めは数十種類のスパイスが利いた「つくね」。
数に限りがあるので早いもの勝ちです。

値段的にもグループの中では一番良心的。
それでいて肉や魚の質は大変上質。
大量仕入れによる低価格化が実現できているのかな！？
とにかく今、大分では一番勢いがあるのではないでしょうか！？、
冒頭にも述べたように、女性客が多いことも顕著です。
メニューの種類や、味付けも斬新で、新しいもの好きな女性にこそ喜ばれそう。
（差別はしてません。横丁が好きな親父には向かないということで・・・）
何よりも壁やテーブル、食器などのセンスも秀逸で、
『KOHANE』はそういう環境を求める人には、
とっても使いやすいお店だと思います。
