This is JR Kyushu Food Services' Umaya restaurant on the 4th floor of AMU Plaza Oita. I had the Toriten set meal for 1,200 yen. The chicken was very chewy and the slightly soft batter gave it a bouncy texture, and the chicken's delicious flavor oozed out.
