土曜12時前。カウンター1席空き並び無し。
入替のタイミングだったので定食提供まで30分待ち。
大分駅徒歩12分の立地。
食感よくジューシーで脂が甘い、大分県産SPF豚肉「桜王」使用したとんかつ。塩、ソースでもよいが、下味がついてるからそのままでも美味い。脂が得意じゃない方は普通のロースでも充分美味しいのではと思う。
スタッフさん親切な、大分唯一食べログとんかつ百名店に選ばれているお店。
