本日は、【とんかつ とん樹】にお邪魔しました。
ロースカツ定食をいただきました。
大分県産SPF豚肉「桜王」使用したとんかつで食感よくジューシーで脂が甘かったです。
お肉はとても柔らかく、そして期待通り脂っこくないので美味しくいただきました。
ソースでいただくのも美味しかったですが、岩塩をガリガリ削ってお塩でいただくのもほんのり甘くて肉本来の味わいを楽しめました。
