お店はビル1階の奥にあり、公道からその姿は見えず。歩道にお店の看板とのぼりが出ているので、それを頼りに入っていきます。
店内の大きな黒板に、代表的なスパイスとその効用やミールスの構成が書かれていて、また、ミールスの食べ方を説明したイラストがテーブル脇に貼られていて、ミールス初心者に取っ付きやすいお店だと思います。私はこれまで何度もミールスを食べているけど、何の知識も無いもんだから、ここで改めて、その構成や食べ方を知って、ふむふむ、面白い～。さらにミールス食べが楽しくなりそう！
基本メニューは、ベジミールスか、カレーライス。ノンベジがよければ、ミールスにノンベジのカレーを追加できるよう。
ベジミールスをお願いします。ぽってりダルに、具だくさんサンバル。焦げた半月パパドが残念。副菜の玉ねぎや菜の花ポリヤル、大根オイル漬け、ピクルスたちが、適度な苦みと酸味のアクセントになって好きでした。説明イラストを参考に、遊び食べして、楽しかった＝ ごちそうさまです☆
