福岡の本場もつ鍋を大分で‼︎
大分県民も好きな人が多いもつ鍋！しかしながら福岡の本場もつ鍋を食べて大分に戻ると、全く別の料理に感じてしまうくらい完成度が高いお店はなかなかありませんでした…
そんな中、本場福岡の有名店が大分に出店！心踊りました^_^
店内は座敷、個室、カウンターと用途様々に使用できる広さに、庭園のような和の景色を所々に再現！
カウンターでは調理場が見え、元気の良い料理人とスタッフの声が響きます！
もつ鍋は、醤油、味噌、ポン酢、辛味噌と選ぶ事が出来ます！一度も食べた事が無い方には、味噌がオススメです♪臭みが全くない、ぷりぷりでクリーミーなモツ！！
本場の味を是非味わって頂きたいです！！
手羽先は、かじると肉汁の旨味が口いっぱいに広がり、サイズも満足いく一本です！こちらも福岡で有名な手羽先だそうです^_^
馬刺しに関しては、一緒に行った連れの料理人が絶賛する新鮮さ！！本場熊本に引けを取らない馬刺しです！
他にもサイドメニューはどれも美味しかったです！
大分にこのようなお店が出来て本当に嬉しいです♪

大分駅から徒歩5分！中央町商店街のど真ん中！
博多もつ鍋徳永屋^_^
まずは、ハイボールとお通しでグイ！
大好きなポテトサラダと手羽先で、2杯目のハイボールもグイ笑
馬刺しは盛り合わせを注文！！
相変わらずの新鮮さに日本酒を飲みたくなりました〜
ここで、もつ鍋到着^_^
安定の醤油味♫味噌と毎回悩みます笑
